These terms cover this website and its public resources. Software licences, pilots, subscriptions, support and processing of bank data are governed by the separate agreements made with your organisation.
Website information and demonstrations.
Halden Risk Management publishes product descriptions, methods, films and demonstration materials to help you evaluate the workflow. Screens and recorded runs may use synthetic bank data and illustrative results. The labels and notes accompanying each resource explain its scope.
Descriptions reflect the versions and capabilities stated on the relevant page. Roadmap and early-access information may change. Confirm the features, supported template version, deployment and deliverables you need with Halden before a purchase or pilot.
A request starts a conversation.
Submitting a contact form or selecting a preferred call time asks Halden to respond. A call is confirmed only after a date and time are agreed by email. An enquiry does not create a purchase, subscription, licence or obligation to pay.
Use accurate contact details and submit only information you are authorised to share. Public forms are for business enquiries; send confidential portfolio or customer data only through a separately agreed channel. Sales enquiries go to sales@haldenrisk.com.
Use the material responsibly.
You may view, link to and download resources made available on this website for evaluating Halden. This does not grant a software licence or a right to resell, redistribute or present Halden materials as your own. Product names, branding, content and code remain subject to the rights of their owners.
Respect any licence or attribution stated on a resource. Public data and third-party references remain subject to their source terms. Do not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person or submit abusive or automated spam.
Review remains with your organisation.
Website materials describe tools that support analysis, modelling and reporting. They are not personalised legal, accounting or supervisory advice. Demonstration results do not establish that your bank meets a regulatory requirement or that a supervisor has approved a method, model or submission.
Your organisation remains responsible for its inputs, assumptions, validation, approvals and delivery. Use the official methodology, scenario and reporting templates applicable to your exercise.
Check the source and the current version.
Halden may update, correct or withdraw website content and resources. Access can be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. If you find a material error, contact us so it can be reviewed.
Links to supervisors and other organisations are provided as references. Their content and services are managed by those organisations. Separate product agreements specify any contracted service levels or warranties; these website terms do not replace them.
