Your enquiry.
Handled for the conversation you requested.
This notice describes the Halden Risk Management website. Data handling within a bank’s deployment is described separately in the IT & Security Pack and the deployment agreement.
Contact and call requests.
The contact form collects your name, work email and any institution, role, interests, timeline or message you choose to provide. Short enquiry forms collect your email and the page you submitted from. Call requests record your email and preferred date and time in Europe/Amsterdam.
Submissions are stored on the website server with a timestamp so Halden can respond and follow up on your request. Email notifications depend on the server’s configured mail service. A preferred time is a request, not a confirmed appointment.
What the website uses to operate.
The site serves its fonts, images and videos from the same website. The public marketing pages do not include third-party analytics or advertising scripts. The server uses an in-memory IP-based limit to reduce form abuse; hosting access logs may also contain technical request information.
The public pages do not need a sign-in cookie. Bank and staff consoles use session cookies when you sign in. Those sessions are separate from a marketing enquiry.
Ask about your information.
For questions about an enquiry, or a request to access, correct or delete your submitted details, contact hello@haldenrisk.com. Include enough information to identify the request. Avoid sending portfolio records or other sensitive bank data through the public forms.
